The Company adopts international standards in the approach for Quality Systems, being certified by DNV, Netherlands for ISO/TS 16949, which provides the basic frame work for process driven Quality management.

The new product requirements of every customer follows an APQP route. Complete with process flow, FMEA, Control Plan etc., the samples are submitted with all necessary PPAP documents.

In the endeavor to meet international Quality Standards Taylor Rubber adopts the latest management techniques followed world over through TQM.

TEI (Total Employment Involvement ) is visible in the number of KAIZENS - the Continuous Improvements generated, a routine activity for the Engineers and Operators who work in Teams to achieve the desired goals, that are fixed based on Bench Marking from Best of the Industry data. TPM techniques keep the Plant and Machinery in Best Condition of performance.

Taylor Rubber is one of the very few companies to be selected by the United Nations and the Government of India for the Quality Cluster for the Auto Industry.

NEW ADVANCED LEARNING:

Our Managing Director Mr. T.T.Ashok attended the Advanced Course on STRATEGY AND PLANNING conducted by AOTS ( Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship) JAPAN. His learnings will enable to become more competitive globally and provide customer service.

Similar training has been undertaken by our Senior Management in Japan for Strategic Production Management.

The company is also focusing on efficient management system such as reporting systems, Planning, Bench Marking etc. with the help of M/s Alter-Ego Management Consulting company.

TAYLOR has already completed successfully the Cluster programme- Stage I of TEDO and plans to undergo Stage II programme too for better service to overseas customer and higher efficiency.

With the corporate interest in preserving green Environment, company is planning to implement and get certified for ISO14001 EMS.

ISO/TS16949 – Company is recertified for ISO/TS 16949 IN Jun 2009 for period upto May 2012.

TRAINING FOR UPGRADATION OF SKILLS

	Taylor Rubber selected for Export marketing enhancing / building capabilities by TEDO. This is an improvement action for widening our market base.

	Taylor Rubber is also selected for UNIDO enhancement programme for improving performance / skills / effective implementation of various quality tools
