Taylor Rubber Private Limited is a leading manufacturer of rubber components with a rich history spanning over four decades. Established in 1980 we have grown steadily and established ourselves as a trusted name in the industry. The company is headed by Mr. T.T. Ashok, Managing Director. He was joined by his son T.T. Keshav in 2013. They are assisted by a team of qualified executives, technologists and engineers as well as a trained work force.
We operate four manufacturing units strategically located to ensure efficient production and easy access to ports and airports. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has allowed us to expand our operations globally. Since 1995, we have been exporting our products to various international markets, catering to a diverse range of industries.
Our product portfolio encompasses a wide range of rubber components suitable for automotive, non-automotive, consumer durable, electric vehicle (EV), and renewable energy sectors. At our manufacturing facilities, we are equipped with advanced capabilities in compression molding, injection molding, and rubber slicing. These cutting-edge facilities allow us to produce a wide range of high-quality rubber components to meet the specific requirements of our clients.
One of our key strengths lies in our state-of-the-art internal mixing unit, which enables us to create various types of rubber compounds such as NBR, EPDM, Silicone, and more. This allows us to deliver tailor-made solutions to our clients, ensuring optimum performance and durability of our products.
Our management team comprises professionals with extensive experience and expertise in the industry. They have been trained in the Japanese production system, focusing on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Total Quality Management (TQM) principles.
