Job Title: Production Engineer - Rubber Components

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced production engineer to join our team of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of rubber components, from design to production, ensuring that all production goals are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop rubber components, including prototypes, according to customer specifications and company standards • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that finished products meet customer and industry standards • Identify and resolve manufacturing issues to ensure production goals are met on time and within budget • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste • Manage production schedules and ensure that production goals are met on time and within budget • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that production processes are aligned with company goals and customer requirements • Develop and implement safety procedures to ensure that employees are working in a safe and healthy environment • Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure that they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs effectively • Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on production performance

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Rubber Technologist • At least 5 years of experience in rubber component production, with a focus on quality control and process improvement • Strong understanding of rubber materials, manufacturing processes, and equipment • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
